Stewed Collard Greens (Gomen)
Here is another recipe with an Ethiopian influence. It is a modification of some recipes I found on the web while searching for a wonderful dish called Gomen served by Cafe Lalibela, an Ethiopian restaurant in Tempe, Arizona. This recipe turned out really well. I used the cumin but next I’ll use cardamom for a comparison on the flavor. (more…)
